H&R Block 'accidentally' gives your identity away to thieves; public

They sent out millions of parcels through US Mail with the recipients' SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS printed on the outside of the package! So, not only could anyone get their SS number, but also the name and address of the victim to go along with it; all printed in plain view on the outside of the mailer. Perfect! Now where do I sign up for that 2nd mortgage? Oh, I could just open this package and get all their tax info too, that way I could rape your IRA and claim your tax refund while I'm at it. Thanks H&R block!

When will companies be held responsible for the consumer information they keep losing? It's the digital equivalent of the Exxon Valdez oil spill. This time, we are the seals covered in crude oil suffocating from identity theft on the shores of Alaska.
